About AStA
The General Student Committee (AStA) consists of students from the MHL who volunteer to represent the interests of their fellow students. They are elected annually by the Student Parliament (StuPa) and represent the interests of the entire student body both internally and externally: towards other university bodies such as the Senate, the university management, and the teaching staff of the MHL, as well as towards representatives from politics, culture, and society.
During regular office hours (Monday to Friday), AStA members are available to students with advice and support, as well as various services (ring binding, lending of recording devices, cameras, and games, etc.).
